The Adult Continuing Education (ACE) program offers evening and weekend courses year-round, including design and technology, drawing, film, painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture, and art history.

This summer the Adult Continuing Education program will also include both certificate track courses in Printmaking and Design and Technology, as well as courses cross-listed for Teacher Professional Development (TPD). TPD-designated courses are studio-based course geared towards teaching artists and art educators thinking about how their studio practice informs their curricula design, as well as a number of interdisciplinary courses in art history, portfolio development, and art education theories. We are pleased to provide Continuing Education credits and a 10% discount on all Adult Continuing Education courses for K–12 teachers.

Whether you are preparing a portfolio to apply to a full-time art program or are looking for the camaraderie and stimulation that come from working with other artists in a class, our courses are designed to meet the needs of beginning, intermediate, and advanced students of all ages.
