Job Responsibilities: supporting current customers in US; assisting customers in booking and billing procedures; transferring customer reservations and requests to the local agents; composing a catalogue of the places of interest and tourist attractions in your district; composing and submitting status and progress reports.

Essential requirements: skilled PC user (Microsoft Office); useful problem solving and time managing skills; great organizing, planning and priority establishing skills, strong interpersonal skills, active social position, ability to work productively both in a team and alone.
