Friday, July 24th, 2009

Q: Are puppy classified ads scams?
A: Not always BUT ALWAYS DEAL in person when it comes to pet classifieds – Again, deal locally. Use extreme caution when dealing with distant sellers, especially pet ads by overseas posters – these are the #1 scammers. To put it bluntly, no one is going to give you a free Yorkie, Terrier, or Bulldog. Bottom line, these pets are highly desireable but very expensive so scammers are hoping you will fall for the reduced price or free adoption ploy (just pay for shipping–IT IS A SCAM). If something sounds too good to be true, it usually is.

A: That was on purpose. Do not post that junk here.
