If you are posting worthless posts (fake products, porn, pills, gambling, pet or loan scams, etc), those classified ads will be deleted and your email could be banned.

Tips to avoid fraud on FreeAdLists.com

Deal with buyers or sellers in your local area. Make sure the person you are dealing with is nearby because most scammers reside outside of the country or are very distant from your location. These great distances make it difficult or impossible to track the scammers down.

Do NOT wire money via Western Union or some other wire transfer services. Scammers almost always ask the buyer to wire funds. This should be a “red flag” for the buyer. Repeat – DO NOT WIRE MONEY

Be careful with Money Orders and Checks. Forgeries are common and your bank might even cash them. Unfortunately, your bank might hold you liable for them, too.

This should be common sense BUT never share your private information. Do not divulge login, password, address, account numbers, social security numbers, phone numbers, email addresses, or anything else deemed private. Phishing is real!

You should avoid escrow. This is a favorite vehicle for scammers. Avoid it.
